Engagement
What an engagement looks like, who it’s for, what we need from your YMCA, and how it starts.
What we manage
- Google Ad Grants account compliance, structure, and ongoing optimization
- Keyword research, ad copy, and landing-page recommendations tied to your YMCA’s actual programs
- Conversion tracking (memberships, program registrations, donations, contact forms)
- Monthly performance reporting suitable for your board, executive director, or marketing committee
- Coordination with your web team on landing-page issues that surface during optimization
Who this is for
- YMCAs that already have a Google Ad Grants account but it’s underperforming, suspended, or untouched for a year+
- YMCAs that have heard about Ad Grants but never applied
- YMCAs whose marketing staff are already stretched thin and don’t have capacity to learn Google Ads on top of everything else
What your YMCA provides
- Authorization on the Google Ads account (we operate on your account, not ours)
- Access to your website analytics (or willingness to let us set it up)
- A single point of contact — usually marketing, communications, or membership lead
- Reasonable response time on landing-page changes when they’re blocking optimization
How an engagement starts
- You request the free audit via the form on /contact/.
- We review your account and website, and send back a written audit within 2 business days.
- If you want to engage, we send a simple agreement and schedule a kickoff call. If you don’t, you keep the audit.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your Ad Grants account, your website’s current state, and the level of reporting you need. We discuss it directly during the audit conversation rather than publishing tiers that may not fit your situation.
About this service
Nonprofit Canopy is the brand under which JW Tech Design, an independent for-profit service provider, manages, optimizes, and reports on Google Ad Grants accounts on behalf of eligible nonprofits. We do not hold the Google Ad Grant on your behalf; the grant remains owned and operated by your organization.
Google Ad Grants eligibility, account status, monthly spend levels, click volume, and performance outcomes are governed by Google and depend on factors outside any service provider’s control (Google policy changes, your site’s health, account compliance, search demand, and more). Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of eligibility, approval, spend, conversions, or any specific outcome.
“YMCA” on this site refers to the individual local YMCA nonprofit organizations we work with. We are not affiliated with YMCA of the USA, and this site is not endorsed by YMCA of the USA.
